About Us

Sarva Sudarsanaa Academy is a professional training institute offering courses in CAD, CAM, CAE, IT, and GATE Coaching. We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated freshers to join our team as Telesales Executives and contribute to sales growth through effective communication and customer follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate sales opportunities.
• Explain course details, features, benefits, fees, and schedules to interested customers.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable courses.
• Follow up with prospective customers and convert enquiries into sales.
• Handle inbound enquiries and maintain regular communication with potential customers.
• Address customer queries and handle objections professionally.
• Achieve assigned daily calling targets and monthly sales conversion targets.
• Maintain customer details, call records, and follow-up information in the database.
• Coordinate with the sales team to improve lead conversion.
• Prepare daily reports on calls, follow-ups, leads, and conversions.

Requirements

• Freshers only.
• Any Bachelor's Degree.
• Good communication skills in Tamil and English.
• Basic computer knowledge and MS Excel skills.
• Strong convincing and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to learn sales techniques and customer-handling skills.
• Positive attitude and a target-oriented approach.
• Ability to communicate confidently over the phone.

Preferred Candidates

• Candidates interested in building a career in telesales, inside sales, or customer relationship management.
• Candidates who are confident, enthusiastic, and willing to work towards sales targets.
• Immediate joiners are preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
