Job Role: HR Recruiter

Location: Tambaram, Mogappair, Thuraipakkam, Ekkatuthangal

Working Time: 10 AM to 7 PM (Day Shift)

Education Qualification: MBA

Experience: Minimum 6 months of experience in HR or Recruitment

Roles and Responsibilities

• Handle the end-to-end recruitment process, from candidate sourcing to onboarding.
• Understand hiring requirements by coordinating with hiring managers.
• Source candidates through job portals, referrals, social media, and internal databases.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews to assess candidate suitability.
• Coordinate and schedule technical and managerial interview rounds.
• Follow up with candidates and interview panels to obtain timely feedback.
• Manage offer rollouts, salary discussions, and negotiations as per company guidelines.
• Ensure completion of joining formalities and required documentation.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring reports.
• Follow up with selected candidates to ensure timely joining.
• Provide a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Required Skills

• Minimum 6 months of experience in HR or recruitment.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of candidate sourcing, resume screening, and interview coordination.
• Familiarity with job portals and recruitment tracking.
• Good follow-up, time management, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and meet recruitment targets.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
