Urgent Hiring | AI Engineer (Fresher 6 months - 1 year)

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic AI Engineer Fresher with a foundational understanding and hands-on experience (6 months to 1 year) in Data Science and Artificial Intelligence. The ideal candidate will be eager to learn, contribute to real-world AI projects, and grow their expertise in a dynamic team environment. This role will involve working across the AI lifecycle, from data analysis and model development to deployment and monitoring, with a strong emphasis on practical application and problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the design, development, and implementation of AI/Machine Learning models and algorithms.

• Perform data collection, preprocessing, cleaning, and feature engineering to prepare data for model training.

• Support the training, validation, and testing of machine learning and deep learning models.

• Collaborate with senior AI Engineers and Data Scientists to understand project requirements and contribute to solution design.

• Contribute to the deployment and integration of AI models into production systems.

• Assist in monitoring and evaluating the performance of deployed AI models, identifying areas for improvement.

• Research and experiment with new AI/ML techniques, frameworks, and tools to enhance existing solutions.

• Document code, models, and processes thoroughly for maintainability and knowledge sharing.

• Participate in code reviews and contribute to maintaining high code quality standards.

• Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI, Machine Learning, and Data Science.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelors or master’s degree in computer science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related quantitative field.

• 6 months to 1 year of demonstrable hands-on experience in Data Science and AI projects (e.g., academic projects, internships, personal projects).

• Strong proficiency in Python and its relevant libraries (e.g., NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, Matplotlib, Seaborn).

• Solid understanding of core Machine Learning concepts, algorithms (e.g., regression, classification, clustering), and evaluation metrics.

• Familiarity with at least one deep learning framework (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras).

• Basic understanding of data manipulation, statistical analysis, and data visualization techniques.

• Knowledge of SQL for database querying and manipulation.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and an analytical mindset.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts.

• Eagerness to learn, adapt, and take on new challenges.

Preferred Skills (Nice-to-Have):

• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).

• Exposure to cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) for AI/ML development and deployment.

• Familiarity with MLOps concepts and tools.

• Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Apache Spark, Hadoop).

• Knowledge of Natural Language Processing (NLP) or Computer Vision techniques.
