UPSC Prelims Test Series Mentor

Job Description:

We are looking for a committed and knowledgeable UPSC Mentor to join our Prelims Test Series team. The mentor will play a key role in developing high-quality MCQs, conducting evaluation-oriented sessions, and guiding aspirants with actionable feedback. This is a dynamic opportunity to work closely with serious aspirants and shape their preparation journey.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and frame high-quality, original MCQs for UPSC Prelims based on current syllabus and trends

Analyze previous year questions and align test series content accordingly

Conduct detailed evaluation-oriented classes to explain solutions and eliminate common mistakes

Collaborate with the content and editorial team to ensure accuracy and relevance

Stay updated with UPSC trends, including CSAT and GS paper changes

Eligibility Criteria:

Must have appeared for UPSC Civil Services Mains examination at least once

Strong conceptual understanding of Prelims syllabus (GS Paper I & II)

Excellent command over English and/or Malayalam

Passion for mentoring and guiding aspirants

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
