This role requires a product enthusiast who can execute with precision — someone who thrives in complex environments, influences across teams, and is comfortable owning large-scale product outcomes. Key Responsibilities • Team Leadership : Lead and mentor product squads to ensure timely, high-quality delivery. • Execution & Delivery : Own work prioritization, planning and stakeholder updates • Stakeholder Alignment : Work closely with executive leadership, go-to-market teams, and customers to prioritize features and communicate roadmap progress. • Customer-First Thinking : Use research, data, and feedback loops to understand user needs and shape product direction. • Cross-functional Leadership : Act as the central driver in getting teams aligned, unblocked, and focused on outcomes. • Mentorship : Support junior PMs or team members by sharing best practices, frameworks, and feedback. Requirements • Proven track record of owning and delivering complex product initiatives from idea to launch. • Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead through influence. • Strong analytical thinking, experience using metrics and data to inform decisions. • Comfortable leading agile teams and optimizing development processes.
