Unreal Engine Gameplay Developer Intern

Key Responsibilities

• Implement gameplay logic using

  Unreal Engine Blueprints

• Assist in developing:
• Player character gameplay (movement, stamina, combat)
• Enemy interactions and basic AI behaviour
• UI logic (HUD, menus, interactions)
• Animation-driven gameplay events
• Integrate assets (characters, weapons, VFX) into gameplay systems
• Debug and fix Blueprint-related issues
• Follow structured tasks and coding standards
• Participate in code reviews and feedback sessions

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of

  Unreal Engine Blueprints

• Understanding of gameplay fundamentals:
• Health, stamina, cooldowns, states
• Ability to read and modify existing Blueprints
• Good logical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Passion for games and game development

Good to Have (Optional)

• Familiarity with UE5 Gameplay Framework (Character, Pawn, GameMode)
• Basic AI concepts (Behaviour Trees, Blackboards)
• Exposure to Animation Blueprints
• Participation in game jams or personal Unreal projects
• Basic understanding of C++ (not required)
