Job Title: Telecalling Manager – Sales (Inbound & Outbound) Location: Andheri West, Mumbai Industry: Consumer Electronics (International Brand) Team Size: 20 Telecaller Rtv Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Telecalling Manager to lead a team of 20 telecallers focused on inbound and outbound sales for a reputed international consumer electronics brand. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance, ensuring team productivity, quality assurance, and achieving revenue targets. Key Responsibilities: Team Management: Lead, motivate, and manage a team of 20 telecallers Conduct daily briefings, allocate leads, and ensure team discipline and attendance Monitor performance through reports, dashboards, and live call monitoring Sales & Target Achievement: Drive inbound and outbound tele-sales efforts to meet and exceed monthly sales targets Implement sales strategies and conversion techniques to improve sales numbers Track and analyze performance metrics and KPIs Training & Development: Train new joiners and upskill existing team members on product knowledge, objection handling, and closing techniques Conduct mock calls and regular refreshers Quality Control: Ensure adherence to call scripts, customer service protocols, and compliance guidelines Audit calls and provide timely feedback Reporting & Coordination: Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to senior management Coordinate with marketing, product, and logistics teams for smooth operations Requirements: Graduate in any discipline 4–6 years of telecalling or call center experience with at least 2 years in a team lead/managerial role Proven experience in sales-based calling (both inbound and outbound) Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills Strong analytical and reporting ability Tech-savvy with experience in CRM systems and dialers Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Yearly bonus Language: English (Preferred) Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra (Preferred) Work Location: In person Application Deadline: 03/07/2025
