Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Accountant located in Duddhi. The Accountant will be responsible for managing financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. Day-to-day tasks include bookkeeping, budget preparation, auditing, and reconciling bank statements. The Accountant will also be expected to manage payroll, handle tax filings, and provide financial analysis and advice to support decision-making within the organization. Qualifications Proficiency in bookkeeping and maintaining accurate financial records Experience in budget preparation, auditing, and bank reconciliations Knowledge of payroll management and tax filings Strong financial analysis and reporting skills Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field Experience in the non-profit sector is a plus
