We are seeking a dynamic Sales & Sourcing Manager with a strong understanding of the Indian mobile handset ecosystem. The ideal candidate will leverage a robust PAN India B2B network to source inventory and manage the end-to-end supply chain, from vendor onboarding to logistics coordination. Key Responsibilities Strategic Sourcing Identify, onboard, and manage reliable vendors, distributors, and wholesalers across India Source mobile phones (Apple, Samsung, Xiaomi, etc.) at competitive market prices Network Management Utilize and expand an existing PAN India B2B network Ensure consistent availability of high-demand inventory Vendor Relationship Management Build and maintain long-term relationships with key suppliers and brand distributors Operational Oversight Manage end-to-end sourcing and supply chain operations, including: Quality Control: Ensure all procured goods meet international export standards Logistics & Customs: Coordinate with freight forwarders and customs clearing agents for smooth movement of goods Market Intelligence Track market trends, price fluctuations, and upcoming model launches to support informed purchasing decisions Cross-Functional Coordination Collaborate closely with QC teams, warehouse managers, logistics partners, and finance departments to streamline operations Required Candidate Profile Minimum 5+ years of experience in the mobile phone industry (Trading, Distribution, or Brand Sales) Proven PAN India B2B sourcing and vendor network is mandatory Candidates with experience as Area Sales Managers (ASM) or Regional Managers with brands such as Samsung, Apple, or Xiaomi are encouraged to apply
