UNICA Campaign Management Professionals

As an experienced UNICA Campaign Management Professional at a top Internet Company in Chennai, your role will involve providing technical support for Unica business users, specifically Campaign Execution Users. You will be responsible for customizations and integrating UNICA with external applications, as well as developing and executing campaign data strategies. To excel in this role, you must have a deep understanding of the campaign process and be able to assist the team with planning requirements, tracking, and ensuring data quality. Your key responsibilities will include: - Providing support for the execution of tactics - Measuring predictive model effectiveness by evaluating leads and campaign performance - Understanding and utilizing the Marketing Database (MDb) - Planning and executing end-to-end campaigns and campaign data strategy in Unica, particularly in the Collaborate and Campaign modules Having knowledge and experience in SAS Programming, Unix, Unica Installation, Integration, SQL, and campaign data extract tools is essential. Additionally, familiarity with database structures and the ability to think logically to build complex lists while aligning with business and marketing strategies are crucial for success in this role.
