This role is ideal for candidates who possess a strong foundation in industrial automation, a passion for sales, and an ability to manage client relationships and internal coordination. You will play a key role in driving sales by engaging with OEMs and System Integrators, managing leads, supporting the field sales team, and ensuring seamless order processing. Responsibilities Handle inbound inquiries, qualify leads, and nurture them through the sales funnel. Engage with OEMs and System Integrators to understand their requirements and offer tailored automation solutions. Support field sales with appointment scheduling, lead management, and documentation. Manage CRM systems (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot) to track leads, customer interactions, and sales activities. Prepare quotations, proposals, tenders, follow-up emails, and order confirmations. Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and customer data using MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Collaborate with technical teams for proposal generation and project execution. Ensure timely pre-sales and post-sales support. Provide product education, demonstrations, and technical advice to clients. Participate in trade exhibitions, customer meetings, and field visits when necessary. Analyze market trends and performance metrics to support business decisions. Build and nurture long-term client relationships and maintain high customer satisfaction. Required Knowledge: Basic understanding of Industrial Automation components: PLCs, HMIs, SCADA, Control Panels, Sensors, VFDs, etc. Familiarity with machine vision systems, robotics (ABB, KUKA, Omron, Fanuc, Universal Robots, etc.), and automation applications like conveyors, palletizing, machine tending, etc. Knowledge of Industry 4.0 technologies including IIoT and smart manufacturing software is a plus. Technical understanding of SPM, EOAT, and pneumatic equipment is desirable. Skills Required: Strong communication skills – verbal and written (English proficiency). Customer-first approach with excellent interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
