As a UKG Pro / Dimensions WFM Integration Consultant, you will be responsible for implementing and upgrading Kronos WFC and WIM interfaces, with a focus on UKG Pro Integration. Your primary role will involve designing and implementing integrations for UKG Pro WFM/Dimensions Implementation, as well as providing configuration, rollout, and support for multiple customers. Your analytical and problem-solving skills will be crucial in troubleshooting interfaces using Dell Boomi Platform and APIs. You must have a learner attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage customer expectations effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Implement and upgrade Kronos WFC and WIM interfaces, with a focus on UKG Pro Integration - Design and implement integrations for UKG Pro WFM/Dimensions Implementation - Troubleshoot interfaces using Dell Boomi Platform and APIs - Develop custom reports and documentation for systems and processes - Handle incidents, problems, changes, etc. related to integration processes - Understand how applications support business processes and apply this knowledge to solve defined business problems - Deliver high-quality solutions through system configuration that meets overall business requirements Qualifications Required: - 4 to 6 years of relevant experience - UKG Pro Integration or UKG Pro WFM certifications (highly preferred) - Experience with SQL and Dell Boomi - Strong communication and presentation skills - Experience with modules in UKG Pro such as Timekeeper, Accruals, Leave, Attendance, etc. - Ability to work effectively in a team and with minimum supervision About the Company: No additional details about the company were provided in the job description.
