UI/UX Lead Designer

As a UI/UX Lead Designer at Weavers Web, located in Saltlake, Sector 5, your role will involve leading design projects from concept to execution. You will be responsible for user research, prototyping, and visual design to create effective design solutions. Collaboration with product managers, developers, and stakeholders is essential to ensure design feasibility and alignment with business goals. Additionally, you will provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers to nurture a collaborative and growth-oriented design culture. It is crucial to stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to enhance design processes and solutions continuously. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee design projects from concept to execution - Create high-fidelity mockups, interactive prototypes, and detailed design specifications - Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure design feasibility and alignment with business goals - Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers - Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies Qualifications Required: - Proficiency in Website Design, Mobile App Design, Graphics, and UI/UX - Experience in Banner Design and Logo Design As a full-time employee, you will be entitled to paid time off.
