Job Description

User Interface Design: Create visually appealing, user-friendly interfaces for web applications that align with TSYS brand and enhance the user experience. User Experience Research: Conduct user research and usability testing to understand user needs and behaviors and use insights to inform design decisions. Wireframing and Prototyping: Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using tools likeFigma to effectively communicate design ideas. Collaboration: Work closely with the designers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure designs are feasible and align with business goals. Development Handoff: Prepare all design works for proper development handoff and collaboration. Work closely with developers to make sure designs requirements are clearly executed. Design Systems: Create, maintain and evolve the company's design system to ensure consistency across all web applications. Feedback Implementation: Gather feedback from users and team members to iterate on designs for continuous improvement. Accessibility: Ensure all designs comply with web accessibility standards to provide an inclusive experience for all users.
