UI/UX Designer- VueOps

VueOps is seeking a skilled and dedicated UI/UX Designer with 12 years of experience to contribute to our mission of revolutionizing the building management sector. As a member of our team, you will play a key role in developing user-centered designs across various products, ensuring they meet both user requirements and business objectives, particularly within SaaS-based environments. Your responsibilities will include designing user interfaces for web and mobile applications, prioritizing usability and visual coherence. You will be tasked with generating wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to effectively convey design concepts. Collaborating closely with product managers, developers, and fellow designers will be essential to bring these concepts to fruition. Additionally, you will be expected to contribute to and uphold our design system and component library, engage in user research and usability testing, and utilize insights to enhance design decisions. Adapting designs based on feedback and evolving product needs will also be part of your role. To qualify for this position, you should possess a minimum of 12 years of hands-on experience in UI/UX design, with a focus on SaaS-based products. A robust portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design processes, proficiency in Figma (including Auto Layout, components, styles), and familiarity with tools like Adobe XD or Sketch are required. A solid grasp of user-centered design principles, responsive design, collaboration with developers, and design feasibility is essential. An understanding of accessibility and mobile-first design best practices, along with strong communication and collaboration abilities, are also necessary. VueOps, a US-based startup dedicated to transforming the facility management sector, offers a cloud-based data integration platform that streamlines project turnover documents, facility equipment data, and visualizations for facility managers.
