Description
We are seeking a talented and passionate UI/UX Designer to join our growing team. This role is unique in that it will support both our Product and Marketing teams, requiring a versatile skillset and the ability to adapt to diverse project needs. You will be responsible for creating user-centered designs for Falkon Systems products, which include our Web, Desktop, and Mobile apps, as well as visually compelling marketing materials across various platforms. This is a fantastic opportunity for a designer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys contributing to both the user experience of our product and the visual identity of our brand. Responsibilities: Product Design (UI/UX): - Conduct user research, including user interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to understand user needs and pain points. - Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and mockups for new features and improvements to existing product functionalities. - Design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for our Web, Desktop, and Mobile applications. - Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to ensure designs are feasible and aligned with product strategy. - Iterate on designs based on user feedback and data analysis. - Maintain and contribute to our design system. Marketing Design (Visual & UI): - Design visually appealing marketing materials, including website landing pages, email templates, social media graphics, display ads, brochures, and other marketing collateral. - Create engaging video content for marketing purposes. - Ensure consistency in branding and visual identity across all marketing channels. - Collaborate with marketing team members to understand campaign objectives and target audiences. - Create designs that are optimized for various platforms and devices. - Stay up-to-date with current design trends and best practices in marketing design. General: - Bachelor's degree in Design, or a related field preferred. - Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, with a portfolio showcasing both product and marketing design work, including examples of video creation. - Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies. - Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects), or similar. - Experience with user research and usability testing. - Excellent visual design skills and a keen eye for detail. - Strong communication, collaboration, and presentation skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Experience in the B2B SaaS industry is a plus. - Familiarity with HTML/CSS is a plus.
