UI/UX Designer Internship

Position: UI/UX Designer Intern

Location: Office No. 214, Tower-B, iThum Towers, Block-A, Sector-62, Noida-201301

Work Mode: On Site

Working Hours: Monday to Saturday (2nd and 4th Saturdays off), 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong proficiency in Figma — you should be confident designing, prototyping, and collaborating with teams. (We will not teach Figma from scratch.)
• Deep understanding of UX fundamentals, including user flow, wireframing, and interaction design.
• Knowledge of UI hierarchy, typography, and color theory to craft clean, consistent, and user-friendly interfaces.
• Ability to perform UX and market research — understanding user needs, identifying pain points, and validating design decisions before building a product.
• Experience working with or creating design systems to maintain consistency across projects.
• A strong eye for detail, user empathy, and the ability to communicate design rationale clearly.

Requirements:

• Education: Pursuing/completed a degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field is preferable.
• Creativity: Interest in problem-solving, innovative interface design, and keeping up with modern design trends.
• Design Skills: Strong understanding of UI/UX principles with a good eye for visual hierarchy, typography, and color theory.
• User Experience Knowledge: Basic understanding of wireframing, prototyping, usability testing, and responsive design practices.
• Tools: Proficiency in Figma, with familiarity in other design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar platforms.
• Research Skills: Ability to conduct user research, analyze feedback, and translate insights into design improvements.
• Responsibilities: Assist in creating wireframes, prototypes, and user interface designs while ensuring consistency, accessibility, and alignment with brand guidelines.
