Role Overview

We are looking for a talented and creative UI/UX Designer to join our in-house design team. You will be working closely with developers, project managers, and product owners to create engaging, functional, and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design user-centered interfaces and experiences for websites, web apps, and mobile apps.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement intuitive user journeys.
• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Follow and contribute to internal design systems and UI libraries.
• Translate business requirements and user feedback into design improvements.
• Ensure consistency and quality of visual elements across platforms and devices.

Candidate Requirements

• 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience in UI/UX design.
• Proficiency with modern design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar).
• Solid understanding of UI/UX principles, design thinking, accessibility, and user research methods.
• Ability to work with and contribute to design systems.
• Strong visual design skills, attention to detail, and a good eye for typography, color, and layout.
• Basic understanding of front-end technologies (HTML/CSS) is a plus.
• A strong design portfolio demonstrating past work and thinking process.

Bonus Skills (Preferred but Not Mandatory)

• Knowledge of motion design/interaction design.
• Experience with user testing or feedback analysis.
• Familiarity with agile product development processes.
• Basic knowledge of tools like Notion, Zeplin, or Jira.
