UI/UX Designer

Role & responsibilities

• Design wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity UI designs for web and mobile platforms
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and persona development to understand customer behavior
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, e-commerce, development, and product teams
• Ensure all digital assets align with brand aesthetics, luxury, sophistication, and trust
• Analyze metrics to improve engagement, conversion, and customer satisfaction
• Stay current with UI/UX trends, especially in luxury retail and visual merchandising
• Develop and maintain design systems and style guides

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field
• 24 years of experience in UI/UX design (preferably in retail or luxury segments)
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar design tools
• Strong understanding of responsive design and user-centric principles
• Portfolio showcasing elegant, engaging digital design work
• Attention to detail and a love for visual storytelling

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the jewellery, fashion, or luxury lifestyle sector
• Motion design or micro-interactions knowledge
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms like Shopify or Magento
• Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for smoother collaboration with developers
