UI/UX Design Intern

About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for designing user-friendly, visually appealing interfaces for web and mobile applications. No coding (HTML/CSS) is required—we're looking for someone who can bring strong design thinking, research, and prototyping skills to the table.

Responsibilities

• Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis to inform design decisions
• Develop wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes using industry-leading tools—with a strong emphasis on Figma. Experience with Adobe XD, Sketch, and InVision is also valuable
• Translate complex user needs and business goals into clean, intuitive, and visually appealing user interfaces
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment between design and functionality
• Design and document user flows, personas, and journey maps to clearly articulate the end-to-end user experience
• Iterate on design solutions based on stakeholder feedback, usability insights, and data analytics
• Maintain visual and functional consistency by contributing to and following established design systems and component libraries within Figma.

Preferred (but not required)

• Experience working with cross-functional teams
• Familiarity with Agile or Lean product development
• Basic understanding of front-end development (not required)
