UI/UX DESIGN FACULTY

We are looking for a passionate and friendly UI/UX Design Faculty member to join our dynamic team. If you enjoy mentoring others, have a solid understanding of user interface and user experience principles, and can simplify complex design concepts for learners, we’d love to meet you!

This role is ideal for individuals who have 1–2 years of teaching experience OR strong practical knowledge in UI/UX design and want to begin or continue their journey in academia.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach and mentor students in UI/UX Design, covering both theoretical concepts and hands-on tools.
• Deliver engaging sessions on topics like design thinking, wireframing, prototyping, user research, and usability testing.
• Guide students in using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and other design software.
• Assist in designing course content, assignments, and practical projects aligned with industry standards.
• Maintain a friendly, inclusive, and student-focused learning environment.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and tools in UI/UX design.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent industry experience).
• 1–2 years of experience in teaching, mentoring, or hands-on UI/UX design.
• Strong understanding of UX principles, responsive design, and design systems.
• Familiarity with UI/UX tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch etc.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Passion for teaching and helping students succeed.
• Friendly, approachable personality with patience and enthusiasm.

Preferred:

• Previous teaching or mentoring experience in an academic or training environment.
• Portfolio of design projects or teaching materials.
• Certification in UI/UX Design.

Salary: : ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month
