With $1 million pre-seed funding and backing from a leading VC firm, Shoppin is revolutionizing online shopping. As a UI Web Engineer at Shoppin, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing intuitive, visually appealing, and high-performance web user interfaces. Collaborating closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers, you will contribute to building seamless web experiences. Your responsibilities will include translating design concepts into interactive and responsive mobile/web apps, optimizing performance, ensuring cross-platform compatibility, and contributing to continuous UI improvements by staying updated with the latest development trends and technologies. The ideal candidate for this role should have proficiency in Capacitor JS, impeccable design sense, and familiarity with React JS, Ionic, Xcode, Cocoa Framework, Apple design guidelines, mobile/web UX patterns, and animations/transitions in apps. Collaboration with designers and product teams to translate UI/UX designs into code is also essential.
