UI-UX Developer

The UI / UX Developer role at GALT involves providing clear, pragmatic, and forward-facing direction for the company's web-based products. Collaborating closely with various teams, you will be responsible for creating and implementing UI / UX elements, articulating and illustrating solutions to challenges. It is crucial to have the ability to prototype and implement proposals while adhering to industry practices and conducting focus group research. A high level of expertise in HTML and CSS is required for success in this position, with the UI / UX Developer reporting to the Product Manager. Your responsibilities will include participating in all phases of front-end projects, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance. Ensuring development aligns with corporate branding and style guides, creating wireframes, interactive mockups, and wireframes using HTML / CSS and JavaScript are essential tasks. You will provide expertise to creative and production teams to balance usability and visual appeal, improve GALT's CSS and HTML standards, and research and recommend CSS / JavaScript frameworks for enhancing production processes. Communication with team members to convey scenarios, end-to-end experiences, interaction models, and screen designs, as well as understanding GALT products and end-user workflows, are key aspects of this role. Ideal candidates for this position should hold a B.Tech or equivalent degree from a reputed university and possess at least 3 years of UI development experience with Angular or Angular 4, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS. This is a full-time, permanent position based in Bangalore.
