Role Overview

We are looking for a UI/UX Designer to shape clear, engaging and reliable experiences across company's fintech products. You will design end to end journeys for mobile apps and websites, working with product and engineering teams to turn user needs and business requirements into practical, polished designs.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Design clear, intuitive user experiences on mobile app and website, from user flows and wireframes to polished, high fidelity screens and prototypes.
• Create and improve end to end product journeys, including onboarding, KYC flows, identity verification, consent, authentication, account setup and other technical flows.
• Design fintech product experiences that make complex financial information, investing options and user actions easy to understand and navigate.
• Develop creative product concepts, visual layouts, interactions and design elements while maintaining consistency across the app, website and brand.
• Build and maintain design systems, reusable components, typography, colour palettes, iconography and style guidelines.
• Work closely with product and engineering teams to understand requirements, check technical feasibility and support accurate implementation across mobile and web.
• Conduct user research and usability testing, review feedback and product data, and use findings to improve usability, accessibility and conversion.
• Prepare clear design handoffs, specifications, interaction notes and assets for developers, and iterate on designs based on feedback and business needs.

Skills Required

• 1 to 3+ years of practical UI/UX or product design experience, with a portfolio showing complete design projects and the thinking behind them.
• Strong working knowledge of Figma, including auto layout, components, variants, design libraries and interactive prototyping.
• Experience designing digital products for both mobile apps and websites, including responsive and mobile first interfaces.
• Understanding of fintech products and experience designing user journeys for a fintech product, especially KYC flows, onboarding, authentication, consent screens and other technical flows.
• Strong UX fundamentals, including user research, information architecture, interaction design, usability, accessibility and user centred design.
• Good visual design skills, with an eye for typography, colour, spacing, layout, hierarchy and consistent interface design.
• Ability to turn complex requirements into simple, creative and user friendly product experiences while balancing user needs and business goals.
• Clear communication, problem solving skills and the ability to collaborate with product managers, developers and other stakeholders.

Good to Have Skills

• Previous experience in fintech, investing, wealth management, payments, lending or other financial products..
• Practical use of AI models and AI assisted tools for UI/UX design, generating and refining interface elements, exploring layouts and visual directions, creating icons or other design assets, and accelerating ideation and prototyping. The ability to use AI thoughtfully to produce more creative options and improve design efficiency while maintaining quality.
