Job Description: As a Senior Interaction Design IxD Specialist at Incedo, you will be responsible for designing intuitive and engaging user interfaces and experiences for web and mobile applications. You will work with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand user needs and design solutions that meet those needs. Your role will involve designing and prototyping user interfaces, conducting user research, collaborating with software engineers, conducting usability testing, and providing guidance to junior IxD specialists. You will also stay updated with industry trends and best practices in user experience design. Key Responsibilities: - Designing and prototyping user interfaces and experiences for software applications and websites - Conducting user research to inform design decisions - Collaborating with software engineers and developers to implement designs - Conducting usability testing and providing feedback for improvement - Providing guidance and mentorship to junior IxD specialists - Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in user experience design Qualifications Required: - 4-6 years of work experience in a relevant field - B Tech, B E, M Tech, or MCA degree from a reputed university - Computer science background is preferred Additional Company Details: Incedo is a US-based consulting data science and technology services firm with over 3000 employees spread across offices in the US, Mexico, and India.
