Urgent Opening-UI UX Designer

Job Summary

We're looking for a UI/UX Designer to design, build, and manage our company website end-to-end. You'll own everything from wireframes and mockups to day-to-day upkeep, working closely with our marketing and development teams to keep the site fast, on-brand, and user-friendly.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and maintain the website's UI/UX homepage, landing pages, and key user flows
• Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes before handing off to development
• Manage the live website - content updates, new pages, fixes, and general upkeep
• Keep design consistent with brand guidelines(colors, fonts, tone)
• Ensure the site is mobile-responsive, fast, and accessible
• Coordinate with developers on CMS updates and technical issues
• Run A/B tests on layouts, CTAs, and user flows to improve conversions
• Build landing pages for campaigns, product launches, and events
• Track website performance (Google Analytics, heatmaps) and act on the data
• Support basic SEO structure and website security best practices

Required Skills

• 4-6 years of experience in UI/UX design, with at least one website owned end-to-end
• Strong command of Figma or Adobe XD
• Working knowledge of HTML/CSS/JS is a plus
• Experience with CMS platforms such as WordPress
• Solid understanding of responsive design and web accessibility
• A portfolio showcasing live sites or before/after website work
• Bonus: experience in healthcare, insurance, or BFSI
