Job Description

Design Skills: Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, or similar. Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and accessibility standards. Ability to create wireframes, user flows, mockups, and interactive prototypes. Experience designing for responsive web and mobile applications (iOS/Android). Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus. Understanding of front-end development constraints and how to collaborate effectively with developers. Research & Analytical Thinking: Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and applying insights to design decisions. Ability to interpret data and feedback to improve user experience. Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills. Collaboration & Communication: Excellent communication skills and ability to present design concepts to stakeholders. Collaborative mindset and experience working with cross-functional teams (product managers, developers, marketers). Comfortable receiving and giving constructive feedback. Other Requirements: Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating intuitive, user-friendly designs. Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities. Knowledge of design systems and component libraries is a plus.
