Job Summary

UI/UX Designer

Roles and Responsibilities

Conduct
user research
,
interviews
, and
usability testing
to understand user needs and pain points.
Create
user flows, wireframes, storyboards, and prototypes
to communicate design ideas effectively.
Design and deliver
high-fidelity UI mockups
and interactive prototypes using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
Collaborate closely with
product managers, developers, and stakeholders
to implement user-centric solutions.
Maintain and evolve
design systems
and
UI style guides
for consistent visual language.
Use analytics and user feedback to
iterate and improve
designs post-launch.
Stay updated on
industry trends, design tools, and best practices
in UX and UI.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Design, HCI (Human-Computer Interaction), or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven experience as a
UI/UX Designer
,
Product Designer
, or similar role.
Proficiency with
design and prototyping tools
such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or InVision.
Strong understanding of
user-centered design principles
,
information architecture
, and
interaction design
.
Knowledge of
responsive and adaptive design
for web and mobile platforms.
Ability to
communicate design decisions clearly
and collaborate in cross-functional teams.
A
strong design portfolio
showcasing UX processes and UI outcomes.

Preferred Skills

Experience with
HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript
(for design handoff understanding).
Familiarity with
Design Systems
and
Component Libraries
(e.g., Material Design, Ant Design).
Exposure to
UX Research
,
A/B testing
, and
analytics tools
(Google Analytics, Hotjar, Mixpanel).
Experience designing for
mobile-first
and
accessibility (WCAG)
standards.
Basic understanding of
motion design
or
micro-interactions
