UI /UX Design

As a Senior UI/UX Designer at our company, you will play a crucial role in leading product design for complex web and mobile applications. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading end-to-end product design by translating requirements into user journeys, information architecture, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes. - Planning and conducting user research and usability tests to drive design decisions and product priorities. - Creating interactive prototypes and UI specifications using tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD for rapid validation and handoff to engineering. - Defining, documenting, and maintaining a scalable design system and reusable component library for consistency across platforms. - Collaborating with product managers and engineers to scope features, refine interactions, and ensure pixel-accurate implementation. - Mentoring and reviewing the work of mid/junior designers, while evangelizing UX best practices and accessibility standards. Qualifications required for this role include proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, prototyping, user research, and usability testing. Additionally, experience with design systems, accessibility (WCAG), and HTML/CSS collaboration is preferred.
