UI Designer Specialist

Job Description: You will be joining our IT Company in Bangalore as a UI Designer Specialist on a full-time basis. With a minimum of 6 years of experience, you will play a pivotal role in the design and development of user interfaces for our projects. Key Responsibilities: - Designing user interface elements such as menus, tabs, forms, and widgets - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience - Executing all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering - Creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas - Presenting and defending designs and key milestone deliverables to peers and executive level stakeholders Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, or relevant field - Proven work experience as a UI Designer or similar role - Proficiency in design software and technologies such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, and InVision - Strong understanding of design principles, layout, typography, and color theory - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders Please note: No freshers will be preferred for this position.
