Role Overview We are seeking highly motivated Sales Executives / Business Development Managers / Key Account Managers to join our freight forwarding team. The role involves developing new business, managing client relationships, and achieving sales revenue targets across sea, air, and land freight services. Key Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities with importers, exporters, and manufacturers. Manage and grow existing client accounts, ensuring high customer satisfaction. Promote company services across sea, air, customs clearance, and warehousing solutions . Prepare and present competitive quotations, negotiate rates, and close deals. Build and maintain strong relationships with carriers, shipping lines, airlines, and vendors. Achieve monthly/quarterly sales revenue, GP targets, and new account acquisition goals . Maintain accurate sales records and provide timely reports to management. Required Skills & Qualifications Proven industry knowledge : freight forwarding processes, Incoterms, customs documentation, carrier network. Strong communication skills : clear, persuasive, confident; multilingual ability is a plus. Resilient and target-driven : ability to thrive in a competitive environment. Minimum 25 years experience in freight forwarding sales / business development. Established client base or network preferred.
