Job Summary :

We are looking for a creative and dynamic Twitter Handler to manage and grow our brands presence on Twitter. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in current trends, possess excellent communication skills, and know how to craft engaging and on-brand content that resonates with our target audience.

Key Responsibilities :

* Manage and maintain the companys official Twitter account.

* Create, schedule, and publish engaging and timely tweets.

* Monitor trending topics and join relevant conversations to improve visibility.

* Interact with followers by replying to mentions, comments, and DMs in a professional tone.

* Collaborate with the content, design, and marketing teams to align posts with campaigns.

* Track performance metrics (likes, retweets, impressions, engagement rate, etc.) and prepare weekly reports.

* Stay up-to-date with Twitter algorithm updates, tools, and best practices.

* Handle crisis communication or negative feedback appropriately and professionally.

* Participate in Twitter chats and use relevant hashtags to increase engagement.

Requirements :

* Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

* Proven experience handling Twitter for brands, preferably in the digital marketing space.

* Strong knowledge of Twitter features, tools (e.g., TweetDeck, Hootsuite), and analytics.

Excellent writing and grammar skills.

* Creative mindset with the ability to generate fresh and engaging ideas.

* Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

* Familiarity with digital marketing concepts is a plus.
