Tutor Dialysis Technology / MLT

As a Tutor in Dialysis Technology / MLT, you will be responsible for conducting theory and practical training sessions for students. You will guide and mentor students during their clinical postings, preparing lesson plans, assessments, and training materials. Your role will also involve ensuring academic quality and skill-based learning, as well as supporting administrative responsibilities related to training programs. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct theory and practical training sessions - Guide and mentor students during clinical postings - Prepare lesson plans, assessments, and training materials - Ensure academic quality and skill-based learning - Support administrative responsibilities related to training programs Qualifications Required: - MSc / BSc / BVoc in Dialysis Technology or Medical Laboratory Technology In addition to the above, the company values individuals with excellent communication and teaching skills, a passion for training and student development, and prior teaching experience (preferred but not mandatory).
