Try & Buy Experience Manager - Kids Fashion

As a Try & Buy Experience Manager for Kids Fashion & Toys at HyperSanthe in Bengaluru, your role will involve launching India's first Try & Buy model for kids" fashion. You will be responsible for managing the buying and merchandising process, category building, pilot execution, and conversion & feedback tracking. Your primary focus will be on identifying trending SKUs, negotiating with brands, setting pricing and packs for Try & Buy, launching a tight assortment, planning trials, training field teams, managing inventory, and tracking the trial-to-purchase funnel. **What You'll Own:** - Buying & Merchandising: Identify trending SKUs, negotiate with brands, set pricing and packs for Try & Buy - Category Building: Launch with a tight, size-correct, fast-moving assortment - Pilot Execution: Plan trials, train field teams, manage inventory and experience at doorstep - Conversion & Feedback: Track trial-to-purchase funnel, tweak fit, selection, and price points **We're Looking For:** - 3-6 years of experience in buying/merchandising for kidswear or fashion - Strong sourcing instincts - ability to identify what sells, what gets returned, and what builds trust - Comfort working on the ground in gated communities with fast turnarounds - Bonus: Exposure to try-at-home/pop-up/assisted commerce formats **Why HyperSanthe ** At HyperSanthe, you will have the opportunity to build a first-in-India category with strong backend support and a substantial customer base of over 50,000 customers across premium gated homes.
