As the Try & Buy Experience Manager for Kids Fashion & Toys at HyperSanthe, you will be at the forefront of launching India's first Try & Buy model for children's fashion. Your role will be crucial in curating a trial kit of kidswear that will be delivered to gated homes, allowing customers to try the items at their leisure and only purchase what fits, returning the rest. You will be responsible for various key aspects including buying & merchandising, category building, pilot execution, and conversion & feedback. This will involve identifying trending SKUs, negotiating with brands, setting pricing and packs for Try & Buy, launching a size-correct assortment, planning trials, training field teams, managing inventory, tracking trial-to-purchase funnel, and making necessary adjustments to fit, selection, and price points. To excel in this role, you should have at least 3-6 years of experience in buying/merchandising for kidswear or fashion, possess strong sourcing instincts, and be comfortable working on the ground in gated communities with fast turnarounds. Exposure to try-at-home, pop-up, or assisted commerce formats would be a bonus.
