We’re Hiring: UI/UX Website Designer (Design-first, Tech-aware, Future-ready) At TNSC, we’re building digital experiences that are simple, intuitive, and genuinely enjoyable to use and we’re looking for a UI/UX Website Designer who understands that great design is not just beautiful, it’s usable, scalable, and technically realistic. This role is perfect for someone who loves blending creativity with logic, aesthetics with structure, and user psychology with real-world development constraints. What You’ll Be Doing (and Owning)1. UX Research & Ideation Understand user needs, business goals, and real pain points Audit existing experiences, analyse competitors, and map user journeys Convert insights into wireframes, flows, and prototypes that make sense 2. UI Design & Visual Craft Create clean, modern, pixel-perfect website & web-app interfaces Design responsive layouts across desktop, tablet, and mobile Build scalable design systems, components, and UI patterns Ensure strong visual hierarchy, spacing, and accessibility 3. Web & Web-App Experience Creation Design dashboards, portals, and dynamic interfaces Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate build execution Support layouts on platforms like Wix, WordPress, and Editor X 4. Tools You Must Be Comfortable With Figma (primary): Auto-layout, components, prototyping, design systems Adobe Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, XD Nice-to-have: Wix / Editor X / Webflow WordPress (Elementor / Divi) 5. Your Tech Awareness (This Matters to Us) We’re not asking you to be a front-end developer but we are looking for someone who understands how the web actually behaves. You should have: A working understanding of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript The ability to design what developers can realistically build Strong grip on responsive behavior, grids, and breakpoints Comfort reviewing front-end builds for pixel accuracy Awareness of performance basics like image optimization & animations This ensures your designs are not only beautiful they’re buildable. 6.
