Supported by a team of skilled workers, we ensure the consistent high quality and precision of our tools. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Manager Production role located in Chennai. The Manager Production will oversee the daily operations of the production facility, including supervising staff, ensuring the adherence to manufacturing processes, and meeting production schedules. This role involves maintaining high quality standards and consistency in the production of cutting tools, managing resource allocation, and optimizing production workflows. The Manager Production will also be responsible for improving productivity, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and coordinating with other departments to achieve organizational goals. Qualifications Experience in production management, process optimization, and workflow management Knowledge of CNC grinding machines, tool inspection techniques, and manufacturing processes Strong leadership and team management abilities Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills Ability to work on-site and coordinate effectively with various departments Should have experience in Cutting Tool Industry Handling NPD / Production Planning
