Role: Inside Sales Executive Industry: Financial Assistance / Insolvency & Bankruptcy Solutions As an Inside Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating new business, qualifying client needs, selling financial solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction via phone and web contact. Key Responsibilities Make large volumes of outbound calls to leads from multiple sources. Identify client needs and offer accurate, legitimate debt solutions. Communicate openly to build trust and long-term relationships. Guide clients through the application process and coordinate with administrators to close sales. Achieve sales targets and maintain accurate records. Develop sales strategies and contribute to growth initiatives. Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations. Requirements Proven sales/collections experience. Excellent attendance and reliability. Strong phone handling and active listening skills. Ability to handle rejection and manage emotions during interactions. Excellent communication and presentation skills in English. Post-secondary education required. Familiarity with CRM and sales tools. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work individually or in a team. Desire to learn and continuously improve sales approach. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience International BPO Experience mandatory 3 years' prior experience in sales or customer service at international BPO.
