About the Role We are looking for a proactive and dynamic Business Development Executive to join our growing team. Eligibility Criteria Bachelors degree from a reputed institution (Any discipline with interest in Business/Technology). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong understanding of email etiquette and ability to draft professional emails. Willingness to learn and adapt quickly in a dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities Market Research & Analysis Study and analyze industry trends relevant to Trionova as services (AI, App Development, Software Solutions). Perform competitor analysis and identify new business opportunities. Research potential client segments and maintain updated lead databases. Lead Generation & Communication Reach out to prospective clients through email, calls, and online channels. Maintain professional communication across all touchpoints. Follow up with leads regularly and nurture relationships. Client Interaction Make international and domestic calls as required. Handle initial client inquiries with condence and clarity. Showcase strong problem-solving and spontaneous thinking during discussions. Proposal Creation Understand client requirements and convert them into structured proposals. Work closely with the technical team to prepare accurate and customized project proposals. Desired Skills Strong interpersonal and customer-facing skills. Ability to understand and present technical concepts in simple terms. Quick learner with an analytical mindset. Good organizational and documentation skills.
