Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical) Exposed to Thin wall high precision medical and packaging tooling ideally. 6-9 years of hands-on experience in production Strong problem-solving skills and technical troubleshooting abilities Familiarity with production management software and tools Knowledge of industrial machinery, equipment maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting techniques. Familiarity with Manufacturing Resource Planning (MRP) or Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, such as SAP or Oracle, for managing inventory, scheduling, and production. Solution-oriented, good planning /organizational skills, strong communication skills Knowledge of safety regulations and manufacturing processes.
