Tri-sen Turbomachinery Controls

Responsibilities: Responsible in design and generate PLC system control panel layout/outline and wiring schematic drawing using EPLAN. Responsible in design and generate control panel loop drawing as per customer requirement using EPLAN. Maintain project documentation including drawings, specification and report. Develop and support in drawing standardization work. Participate in hardware internal test and FAT work on panel if assigned. Maintain high quality drawings and physical panel integration. Provide support to other team members when required. Able to meet drafting task due date as requested by project team. Support project team on control panel outline and wiring schematic design drawing Generate macros/symbols/forms/reports and etc on EPLAN Perform any other duties as assigned by immediate superiorsRole & responsibilities Minimum Requirements : Bachelor Degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering Minimum 3 years of EPLAN P8 Professional hands-on experience on Rittal cabinet layout and wiring design work. Proficient in Autocad and EPLAN (P8 Professional 2.9 and above) drafting software Proficient in Microsoft Office applications especially Excel Familiar in IEC and NEMA/NEC standard code. Knowledgeable on EPLAN Cogineer module will be a plus Possess a positive attitude and able to take initiative to resolve issue A strong team player who can work independently under minimal supervision Able to handle and adapt fast pace environment

Responsibilities: Reporting to Project Lead Engineer Will be part of project team to execute Turbomachinery control system projects Will involve throughout project life cycle including PLC hardware design, cabinet design, PLC programming, HMI, documentation and testing Program PLC-based control systems for Turbomachinery applications using customer supplied design documents and Tri-Sen proprietary libraries Develop HMI graphics (static and dynamic screens) Involve in Internal tests and customer witnessed FATs Perform site commissioning duties of the control systems and support end-user with troubleshooting Contribute to the control of project cost, quality, scope, and schedule to ensure on time delivery of the project within budget Travelling within Asia Pacific region to support project activities Minimum Requirements: Bachelors Degree in Electrical, Instrumentation or Mechatronics or equivalent experience At least 2-3 years’ experience in PLC-based control systems and HMI Knowledge on MS Outlook, Project, Excel, Visio, various PLC based IEC1131 languages Experience in Turbo Machinery control applications such as gas turbines, steam turbines, Compressors and generators will be an advantage Willing to travel to customer site Willing to travel to Tri-Sen regional offices overseas Possess positive attitude and initiative Proactive, Team player and good communication skill

Responsibilities You will be responsible to develop and grow Tri-Sen business in India market Frontline Sales is Primary role Bring in business to achieve annual sales target Making business plans and strategies to achieve sales volume, meet margin and to have a steady business growth Make sales plan, customer sales call and associated sales activities to achieve sales target Make marketing plans and demand generation programs to achieve pipeline growth Support and coordination with regional distributors Identify and recruit business partners / Agents to improve market reach To establish Tri-Sen as a well-known Turbomachinery Control System vendor in India market To obtain approval from Engineering Consultants for Tri-Sen Turbomachinery products To develop new OEM accounts (such as Siemens, Triveni, BHEL and Doosan Skoda) To support marketing events, campaigning and demand generation programs To work closely with engineering and proposal team Requirements: Engineering graduate degree with minimum 10 years sales experience with proven track record Highly motivated individual with proven sales track record Good customer network in Power industry and/or O&G industry will be an advantage Experience in competitive bidding Preferably with technical knowledge on steam turbine / gas turbine / compressor controls Good presentation / technical marketing skills Good relationship skills Proficient in MS Office, Microsoft Powerpoint, word and Excel
