TripXOXO, by TravelPort Holidays India Pvt. Ltd., is a travel marketplace offering activities, tours, experiences, sightseeing options, and airport transfers across multiple destinations.

We are looking for a customer-focused and enthusiastic Counter Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should enjoy interacting with customers, understand their travel requirements, recommend suitable packages and activities, and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.

Key Responsibilities :

· Understand customers’ travel preferences, requirements, and budgets.

· Recommend and sell suitable travel packages, tours, activities, sightseeing experiences, and other travel products.

· Explain package details, pricing, inclusions, exclusions, and booking terms clearly.

· Convert customer enquiries into confirmed bookings and achieve assigned sales targets.

· Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong customer relationships.

· Follow up with customers on pending enquiries and quotations.

· Coordinate with the operations and supplier teams for booking confirmations and customer requirements.

· Maintain daily sales records, customer details, and booking information.

• Ensure a positive customer experience and contribute to business growth.

Candidate Requirements:

· 1–3 years of experience in counter sales, retail sales, travel sales, or customer-facing sales.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Strong sales, convincing, and negotiation abilities.

· Customer-friendly attitude with a passion for travel and tourism.

· Ability to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products.

· Target-oriented and confident in closing sales.

· Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with email and booking systems.

· Prior experience in a travel agency, tourism company, or hospitality industry will be an advantage.

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
