About Dream Travel Yaari

Dream Travel Yaari is a travel company specializing in domestic and international holiday packages. We are looking for enthusiastic and target-oriented Travel Sales Consultants to join our growing sales team at our Faridabad NIT office.

Job Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound sales enquiries for domestic and international travel packages.
• Understand customer travel requirements and recommend suitable holiday packages.
• Communicate with customers through calls, WhatsApp, and other business channels.
• Explain package details, pricing, inclusions, exclusions, and travel itineraries to customers.
• Follow up with leads regularly and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
• Achieve individual monthly sales and revenue targets.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and customer interactions.
• Build strong customer relationships and provide a smooth booking experience.
• Coordinate with internal teams for bookings, payments, documentation, and other travel-related requirements.
• Stay updated with popular destinations, travel trends, and package offerings.

Requirements

• 6 months to 3 years of experience in Travel Sales / Travel Consultant / Holiday Sales / Inside Sales.
• Experience in the travel and tourism industry is preferred.
• Strong communication and convincing skills.
• Comfortable with sales targets and follow-ups.
• Good customer-handling and negotiation skills.
• Basic knowledge of domestic and international travel destinations.
• Candidates should be based in Faridabad or Delhi and be comfortable travelling to our Faridabad NIT office.
