The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of visa regulations and application processes for various countries and be proficient in handling end-to-end visa-related services. The Visa Consultant will be responsible for guiding clients through the visa application process, preparing necessary documentation, and ensuring successful visa approvals. Key Responsibilities: a) Tourist & Business Visa Consultation & Documentation: Provide detailed and up-to-date information on visa requirements, policies, and procedures for various countries (including USA, UK, Canada, Mexico, Australia, Schengen, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam, Cambodia, China, Japan, South Korea, NZ, CIS countries, UAE, Africa, Russia, South America, Iceland etc.). b) Client Assistance: Assist clients in visa processing accurately and preparing all necessary documentation, including covering letters, invitations, financial statements, and travel plans. c) Scheduling & Appointments: Manage visa application slots and schedules by coordinating appointments and bookings with consulates and visa centers. d) Application Processing: Submit and track visa applications through the entire process, maintaining communication with clients about the status and timelines. e) Documentation Review & Quality Check: Review all visa applications to ensure that all information and documents meet the specific requirements of each country’s embassy or consulate. f) Stay Updated with Visa Policies: Continuously monitor changes in visa policies, immigration regulations, and consular procedures to provide the latest information and guidance to clients. g) Customer Service: Address client inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure high quality service in a professional and efficient manner. h) Preparation & Follow-up: Draft covering letters and additional support documents as needed to strengthen the visa application and liaise with consulates or other authorities when required. Key Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferably in Travel, Tourism, or related field). Experience: Prior 10-15 years of experience in visa consultancy. Knowledge: - Comprehensive understanding of visa policies and application processes for multiple countries. Strong grasp of preparing supporting documents such as covering letters, financial statements, hotel vouchers and travel itineraries. Billing: Need to give billing instructions to the accounts department Payment follow-up: Collecting payments from clients beforehand and if any credit given to clients post CEO approval, then, follow-up on payment Submission & Collection of documents: submitting and collecting documents from VFS or consulate is required Preparing clients for visa interviews: Knowledge of preparing clients on visa interviews by doing mock interviews with them to make them aware on handling the interviews Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The International Ticketing Executive will be responsible for managing international travel bookings, coordinating with airlines, and ensuring smooth pre-ponement and postponement of tickets as per customer requirements manually. Key Responsibilities: International Ticket Direct Booking & Management: Process and manage international ticket bookings using CRS - Galileo plus low cost airlines websites plus SOTO tickets, ensuring accuracy in passenger details, routes, and schedules. The candidate should know how to issue the ticket and not queuing the PNR to consolidator. Ticket Modifications: Handle pre-ponement and postponement of international tickets based on customer needs and airline policies.(Re-issuance on Galileo & Airline portals) Airline Coordination: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of international airlines, flight schedules, and fare structures to provide accurate and efficient travel solutions to customers.
