The role focuses on guest communication, check-in coordination, record-keeping, and post-stay follow-ups to ensure a smooth and positive guest experience. Key Responsibilities Contact guests before arrival and facilitate check-in smoothly. Maintain accurate guest records in Excel (check-in, stay details, issues, feedback). Make a follow-up call during the stay to check for any concerns or difficulties . Coordinate with internal teams to resolve guest issues, if any. Call guests after checkout to collect feedback and request a review on the booking platform. Ensure professional, polite, and timely communication with all guests. Requirements Strong verbal communication skills in English (additional languages preferred). Comfortable with customer calls and follow-ups. Basic working knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets . Organized, detail-oriented, and customer-focused. Prior experience in hospitality, customer support, or short-term rentals is an advantage.
