As a Physiotherapist at Kaigo Home Health Care, you will have the rewarding opportunity to provide personalized care to patients in the comfort of their homes. Your main responsibility will involve traveling to patients" homes and managing their care plans as per physicians" instructions. You will assess patients" physical conditions, formulate treatment plans, and conduct complex mobilization techniques. Additionally, you will assist trauma patients in regaining mobility, educate patients and their families on injury prevention and healthy living, and refer patients to other medical practitioners as needed. To excel in this role, you must hold a Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy (BPT) along with a minimum of 1 year of experience in physiotherapy. Good interpersonal skills, the ability to establish rapport with patients, teamwork abilities, and physical fitness are essential qualities for success. Patience, tolerance, and a valid driving license are mandatory due to the nature of this home care-based job that involves traveling between patient locations. This is a full-time and permanent position with the possibility of a performance bonus and yearly bonus. The work schedule includes day and morning shifts.
