Transformation Architect/Lead

Role Overview: As a Transformation Architect/Lead at Wipro Limited, your role is crucial in ensuring the success of technical architecture by leveraging your extensive knowledge of enterprise networking systems, advanced problem-solving skills, and exceptional project management abilities. You will be responsible for designing and implementing systems of any scale to meet the specific needs of clients efficiently. Key Responsibilities: - Possessing 15+ years of experience in Quality Engineering and Testing, covering manual, automation, non-functional, and digital testing. - Demonstrating a proven track record in managing large QET programs and spearheading Quality engineering transformation initiatives for clients. - Expertise in utilizing various open source and automation tools such as Selenium (Java/C#/Python) + AI, Playwright + MCP, AI/ML validation skills, explainability, synthetic data generation, continuous testing, GENAI, and AI technologies. - Hands-on experience with AI tools like GitHub Copilot and NLP-based test automation, with exposure to building Agentic AI solutions. - Proficiency in test data management, test environments, service virtualization, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), DevOps tools, and AI-led QA innovations. - Experience in shaping opportunities by converting Staff-Aug/T&M to Managed Services/Innovation-driven outcomes and leading end-to-end solutioning for testing large deals (>10Mn USD annual revenue). - Knowledge of domains such as Banking, Retail, Healthcare, Telecom, along with a minimum of 5 years of Presales/End-to-End Solution experience, specifically in testing. - Preferred certifications include ISTQB Advanced, Certified Scrum Master, TOGAF, AWS/Azure Architect. - Exposure to collaborating with senior VP level stakeholders in customer organizations and internally. - Excellent oral communication and technical writing skills, along with a deep understanding of market trends, technical solutions, and automation tools. - Building connections with analysts and tool vendors is considered an added advantage. - Must be self-motivated, capable of working as an individual contributor, and willing to travel when required.
