This includes tasks such as preparing opening balance sheets, converting to accrual accounting, and assisting in the first-year audit. Additionally, you will provide sell-side preparation accounting and finance advisory services to companies. Your responsibilities will include providing high-quality client service that exceeds expectations, implementing robust accounting processes to ensure accurate financial data, assisting with balance sheet preparation and purchase price adjustments, and developing a deep understanding of clients" businesses to identify performance improvement opportunities.
