Transact-Functional Lead

You should have a minimum of 12+ years of experience as a Temenos T24 Functional Business Analyst, specializing in Securities, Derivatives Structured Products, and Treasury modules. Your expertise should also include a strong understanding of international banking practices. Ideally, you should have been involved in at least two full Private Banking implementations, covering areas such as TAP, TDS, T24, and TDH. Certification in Business Analysis, CBAP, or Agile methodology is preferred. Your experience should also include working on global enterprise scale application developments and implementations, ideally in an Agile environment. As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for conducting PLW sessions, preparing Gap lists, writing HLSD, FSD/user stories, and collaborating with scrum teams and Product Owners. Your outstanding presentation skills and effective communication abilities are essential for conveying complex concepts and technical information to various audiences. You should demonstrate creative thinking, problem-solving skills, and the ability to learn new systems and methodologies quickly. Strong leadership skills are necessary to drive change within the organization, build consensus, and motivate others. Additionally, you should be adept at forming strong working relationships with stakeholders and team members. Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Office, Confluence, and JIRA is required. Knowledge of key technologies like Cloud, AI/ML, and API would be advantageous.
