Training Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule employee training sessions, workshops, and development programs.
• Communicate training schedules and updates to employees, trainers, and department heads.
• Maintain training calendars, attendance records, feedback forms, and training documentation.
• Assist in preparing training materials, presentations, and learning resources.
• Track employee participation and completion of mandatory training programs.
• Collect feedback from participants and prepare reports to evaluate training effectiveness.
• Coordinate with HR and department managers to identify training requirements.
• Support onboarding and induction programs for new employees.
• Manage training logistics, including venue bookings, meeting arrangements, and training resources.
• Maintain training databases and generate regular training status reports.

Required Skills

• Strong coordination and organisational abilities.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and PowerPoint.
• Good time management and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple training sessions and deadlines.
